Internal rules

In order to ensure that your conditions of stay are as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions
are guaranteed for everyone, please take note of these regulations carefully.

 

Occupation of rented premises

− You are renting his accommodation for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your
rental contract. In no case will a customer be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this
period.
− The contract established between the two parties is in favour only of the tenant identified at the
beginning of the contract and can in no case benefit third parties. Any assignment of this lease, any total
or partial subletting, any provision – even free – to a person outside their home is strictly prohibited.
Visitors are not allowed on the property. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity of the lodging
provided for in the rental contract, and without prior agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the
contract.

Arrival and departure

− Arrival times are scheduled between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. The arrival time must be agreed in advance by telephone with the owner in order to organize the arrival.
− Departure times are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Supplies provided

− This accommodation is rented with table and bathroom linen as well as bedding (box springs and mattress / sofa bed), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use mattress covers and fitted sheets to wrap mattresses, pillow protectors, pillowcases and duvet covers.
− Sheets and other spare linens (bed linen, towels, tea towels …) as well as extra pillows are provided on request.
− Maintenance products and household equipment are made available. Please provide other consumables:
trash bags, sponges, coffee filters… If you buy cleaning products, be sure to use only products compatible with septic tanks.

Use of premises

− All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.
− The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open long if you use the heating. Please also set this to a reasonable temperature (the house insulation is excellent).
− Each access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Be sure to close them when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and any damage in case of non-compliance with this clause.
− Parking spaces are available in the gravelled paths and on the meadow next to the dovecote (in front of the stone circle). A maximum of 2 cars per rented lodging is authorized.
− Internet is available by WiFi (network l’Andréu, password crsipedbrigade06). Tenants agree to make use of the proposed Internet access within the strict limits of the law. This access must in no way be used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in books I and II of the intellectual property code when this authorization is required.
Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the provision of the Internet connection.

Safety and decency rules

− Please respect the tranquility of the place and make use of it for its intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In case of conflict and or complaint, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and to exclude the people causing the disorder.
− For the respect of the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
− It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation and to throw cigarette butts on the ground.
− It is strictly forbidden to pick flowers and fruits from the garden.
− The place is natural but not naturist. Nudity is not tolerated in any shared space, indoor or outdoor. The same goes for drunkenness. We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event of noncompliance with this instruction.
− In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the emergency services, 17 for the police). Fire extinguishers have been placed in the accommodation.
− As a reminder, the purchase of a multi-risk insurance with resort guarantee is compulsory. The Lessor cannot be held responsible for any accident.
− In summer, thunderstorms can be violent in the mountains. In the event of a thunderstorm, immediately get out of the water if you are in the pool or spa, do not take shelter under trees or under an umbrella, stay in the house and unplug all electrical appliances.

Hygiene, Household, Cleaning

− The house is equipped with an efficient septic tank (sewage treatment plant) which is intended to remain so. We therefore ask you not to throw anything in the toilet other than toilet paper (or eggs, expired yogurt or sugar). Please use the bins provided for everything else.
− You don’t like bedbugs? We neither. We therefore ask you to take care to never put your suitcases and bags on the bedding.
− The cleaning of the lodging is provided by us, which does not include the cleaning and storage of the dishes or the disposal of the garbage cans, which are your responsibility. We thank you for leaving all the used table, bathroom and bed linen in a ball on your beds before leaving.

Household waste

− Garbage cans are available to you. Please respect the sorting rules.
− The kitchen bins are used for household waste. You will find a yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging, a black bin for glass, and a green bin for organic waste dedicated to compost (no meat / fish / citrus please) in the garbage room.
− When you leave, please leave nothing in the trash and make it clean.

Animals

− Pets are not allowed on the property.
Animals that are already there (neighbor’s cats) must never enter the accommodation and must not be fed. Any damage due to animals is the responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from his deposit.

Leisure / relaxation / sport equipment

Shower is compulsory before accessing the pool / jacuzzi / spa / sauna.
− The swimming pool / paddling pool / spa / sauna area is protected by a barrier, as well as an electric shutter for the pool and a cover for the spa. Swimming and sauna use are not supervised, each person is responsible for ensuring their own safety and that of their children.
− Consumption of food, alcohol, chewing gum and tobacco is not permitted near the swimming pool, jacuzzi / spa and sauna.
− Be careful not to leave sharp / pointed objects around the pool, jacuzzi / spa and sauna.
− The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, swimming spa and sauna are in service from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (8 p.m off season)
Sauna users must read the safety instructions posted in the sauna locker room.
In the event of a storm or strong wind, all outdoor facilities are closed for obvious safety reasons.
− Children under 15 are not allowed in the sauna. Adolescents aged 15 to 17 are admitted with the consent of their parents.
− It is compulsory to wear a swimsuit in the sauna, as well as to use a towel to sit / lie down.
− In the sauna, water should only be poured on the stones of the electric stove with the ladle and in moderate quantities (little enough for instantaneous evaporation). Any non-conforming use could lead to degradations or security risks for which the user would be responsible.
The equipment in the relaxation room (bar, table soccer, billiards, arcade machines) is self-service and must be used with great care and put away after use. The bar is available but no food or drink is provided.
− The relaxation room closes at midnight, or earlier in the event of noise pollution.
− Board games / outdoor games can be loaned on request if treated with care.

In case of problem

− In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for breakdown or repair cannot be taken into account without our agreement.
− In the event of breakage, damage or damage, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of the restoration or of a possible replacement.
